The Graphite Creek Property is located on the Seward Peninsula of Alaska, 65 kilometres north of Nome. Alaska is a very pro-mining jurisdiction and is on the Pacific Rim, thus in close proximity to major importers of graphite such as Russia, China, Japan, and South Korea. The property comprises of 129 claims totaling 6,799 hectares or 16,800 acres with road systems as close as 20 kilometres away and 3 kilometres away from intertidal waters and an airstrip. Nome offers excellent infrastructure that is already in place including a deep-sea port that is readily accessible.
NI 43-101 Compliant Inferred Resource Estimate:
- 107.2 Mt at 5.78 Cg for 6,196,160Mt (metric) of In-Situ Graphite, with a cut-off grade of 3% Cg

Mineralization at the Graphite Creek property is characterized by coarse crystalline (large-flake) graphite (greater than 80 mesh) within graphite-bearing schist(s). Graphite mineralization is exposed at surface. The host schist(s) is continuous over 18 kilometres of strike length, based on mapping and geophysics.
Specific to the 2012 drill results received to date as well as mapping, prospecting and geophysical surveying have further confirmed graphite mineralization at surface. The mineralization where drilling occurred during 2012, covers an area of 5.5 square kilometres (which only represents 14% of the total strike length). The width and depth of mineralization that has been confirmed by drilling are in excess of 250 metres. Therefore, there could be a potential deposit size of 235 – 492 million tonnes at average grades between 4.2% and 7.9% graphite (Cg). Graphite Creek is primarily hosted by a distinctive garnet biotite quartz schist interval that contains coarse, crystalline flake graphite in dissemination’s and high-grade graphite segregations and lenses with no sulphides in the rocks. This property is graphite-rich with grades ranging from a few percent in biotite quartz schist to 80% Cg in high-grade lenses with no traces of sulphides in the rocks.
